Error occurs while adding cards to Apple Wallet

wallet keeps saying that i need to contact to card issuer knowing that i tried tha same card on an other iphone and it works. i dont know what to do!

i have the latest version of ios

Banks and/or Payment Networks (Mastercard, Visa etc.) can block cards by device. This can happen for several reasons. The two most common are a fraud alert on the account or too many tokens assigned to the device. Only the bank or Payment network can remove the token block. You were able to add it to another device because tokens are assigned per device, not be card.


If you placed a fraud alert on your account you’ll need to ask the bank to remove it and wait a few days for systems to update.
