Can I exchange my iPhone for a new one at Apple if the screen is cracked?

My iPhone 11 Pro Max has the front and back screen broken. It works just fine, nothing is wrong; except the flash no longer works due to the back of the screen being cracked. I'm wondering if apple will let me trade in my phone for the same 11 pro max or if I should just get the phone fixed:// The cracks are very bad but there are no blacks spaces on the front of the phone, sound, texting, EVERYTHING works fine except for the flash!

I can't speak for Apple – but I suspect that if you broke the front and back screens, that's going to have a rather major effect (for the worse) on the trade-in value – if Apple accepts the phone for trade-in at all.

Apple Trade In - Apple

I don't see any iPhone 11s in the new section of the online Apple Store – and there isn't even a sidebar heading for them in the Certified Refurbished section. So if you're looking to replace the phone, you might be forced to buy a newer model. (There are some Refurbished iPhone 12 Max models in the U.S Certified Refurbished store – for the moment.)
