Not receiving notifications after iOS 17 update on iPhone

I’ve checked all notification settings, I have updated my phone to latest IOS 17.4. I’ve checked in app notifications settings, but I’m unable detect the problem. When I open the Apps, I began to receive its notifications. For eg. I am using Facebook for 30 minutes, then I open WhatsApp. There will be hundreds of unread messages but not a single notification. Please anyone suggest me what should I do. Thanks.

This problem started before updating the software to IOS 17. What other settings should I check? And How?
