I checked about my new iPhone 12 phone and I noticed a part has been changed! It shows - GENUINE APPLE PART. iPhone display is a genuine apple part. It was repaired on: 8 August 2023.
I just bought the phone few weeks ago. is this a part changed by the iPhone company or something isn’t right?

Your iPhone 12 is not new. The screen has been replaced. The phone is either used or it has been refurbished by Apple or another company. The fact that the phone might have come in a nice shrink wrapped box does not mean that it is new.
Since the iPhone 12 was introduced in Oct 2020, the phone may actually be 3+ years old. Hard to know on that.
Sounds like you need to have a serious discussion with the shop that sold you the phone.

Where, exactly, did you buy the phone? Sounds like you bought a used phone from an unauthorized retailer that has previously been repaired by Apple or an authorized service provider.
