I recently bought a iphone 11 pro max ios 17.5 with battery health 100% . The previous owner said it was replaced by an apple authorized dealer. ** if i go when i checked it in settings it doesn’t show it’s a genuine part or unknown part . Can anyone explain to me thank you in advance.

I have an iPhone 11 with the original battery. There are no messages that say that it is a "genuine" part.
If the battery were not genuine, you would definitely see a message about an "Unknown Part" on the phone.
The fact that you do not see this type of message indicates that a genuine Apple battery was installed in the phone.
Tap Settings > General > About and look for the info regarding Parts and Service History.

If the battery is not genuine, it would show as such in the phone. The fact is does not show is a good indicator it is genuine. Also, the fact you can see the phone's Battery Health is another indicator. Typically, when non-genuine batteries are installed on an iPhone, you'll see an unauthentic battery part notification AND Battery Health cannot be seen.
