I have used free trials of antivirus programs. I am currently using Norton 360, but a constantly getting warnings and texts that my phone is infected. What can I do? All updates are current. I dont want to lose my photos. Help please.

You don't have a malware problem. You have a Norton problem. The app is giving you false positives (i.e. It's lying). AV programs serve no useful purpose on an iPhone as they can't actually scan for anything. And, there are no viruses that can affect an iPhone if it's not jailbroken. Get rid of Norton.

That is how those AntiVirus programs attempt to get money from you. They claim you have a problem that can only be solved by giving them some money. Your phone is not infected with a virus. Once those programs are removed, all of your fake problems will go away.
