Left AirPod pro (1st Gen) not working

Hi so I recently got 1st gen AirPods Pro for a gift and I’ve been using them for a while I have not water damaged dropped them but all the sudden the left one stops working so I factory reset the AirPods no avail I try updating it then it doesn’t update I cleaned all in and out of my AirPods but they still do not work any fixes? I’ve checked charging status thanks

What’s going on with my AirPods? I recent just got a new pair of AirPod 2 pros and they were working fine for about an hour then the left one just stopped working. Left AirPod not charging and cannot reconnect I've had my Airpods for about a year or so and the left one is now not charging. I've tried cleaning both the scensor on the Airpod itself and the little prongs in the case. their have worked so far. I tried disconnecting them from my phone and now they wont recconect due to the left one not charging. Any advice would be very helpful!!

AirPods will no longer work or charge It started of that my right headphone didn’t work anymore, then my left and shortly after the charging box wouldn’t charge my left head phone anymore. I reset the box but nothing worked… could I get a replacement? I have tried everything and I have never gotten them wet or over charged them. my EarPods are in a very good condition [Re-Titled by Moderator]
