How do I set up voicemail?

Hello! To set up a greeting when you are unable to answer a call, please do the following.

1. Open the phone app on your iPhone
2. Select “voicemail” on the bottom right of your screen
3. Click “greeting”
4. Now select custom or default
5. Once you are done, select save

You would need to be provisioned by your phone carrier to use visual voicemail, contact yours on how to set up your voicemail.

Voicemail is a carrier feature. Contact your carrier if it isn’t working.

And note that you must have cellular data turned on for Voicemail to work; it can’t use Wi-Fi.
