Email got a virus error in subject line

Why did my email get a [Virus Error] in the subject line of my email. I've sent many emails to this group list [44 members] with several attachments before, but I've never received a Virus Error before. All attachments were PDFs.

I just replied to an email (no attachments) and the recipients (all of which were in the original email) now get [Virus Error] inserted in front of the email subject line. This only happens when I use my iCloud email on my PC which has a good (and paid for) AV program. I have several accounts - 1 is with my ISP, the rest are private, gmail or yahoo. None of them produce the same problem or any virus warnings to recipients from those accounts. I'm using Outlook 2016. What's going on Apple/iCloud. I changed my default email to iCloud to avoid problems with my ISP and now I have new problems.

I sent an email via Apple Mail and (Virus Error) was added to the beginning of the subject line. Needless to say, this worried the recipients but multiple tests, with Apple Support helping, have indicated no virus present anywhere. Subsequent emails with the same recipients and attachments did not have the same problem. Apple Support focused on my MacBook as the problem. I think it happened as the email was routed around.

Sender of Junk Email appears to be myself I have received a handful of Junk emails that appear to be sent to me by myself. The sender has my own name in all caps. When I right-click on the sender it shows me the real sender but for some reason the Mail app is labelling the sender as myself. Any ideas why this happening and any suggestions how to fix this?
