How do I remove Voice Over Accessibility feature?

My grandma is constantly entering competitions and has a severe vulnerability to viruses, phishing and so on. Right now her phone is unable to be opened, every Botton I press responds by saying what it is and not performing the task. She hasn’t backed her phone up to the cloud and unfortunately she has some very important photos of her husband on there. Not to sure how to help or where to go
