Specifically:

I have an apple tv+ and can log in to it via the internet.
When I try to log in to apple tv+ via Comcast/Xfinity X1 Apple TV+ app I get the error: "Verification Failed. There were errors signing you in. Wait a moment, then try again. OK" Typing OK puts me in a loop with this error message.
Alternately, when I try to "accept free trial, 7 days" I get the error: "Connections not available. There were errors completing your action. Wait a moment, then try again. OK". Typing OK puts me back at the app main page.
There is apparently no way for me to log in to apple tv+.

Does anyone know a solution to this? Comcast has been worthless in helping with this, despite multiple calls to their service team.

Hello Hello!

Couldn’t you just use Roku or some device like a Blu-Ray player? Never heard of Apple TV+ syncing with Xfinity, even tho they do deal with Apple. Trust me, it isn’t worth you spending precious time on it when you could go for another option in the meantime. Not worth the frustration that could cause you to not think clearly. Come back to it a few days later. By then, I think in that time you could think about it and figure it out. It works for me. Good luck!
