How to prevent the screen burn on iPhone

is there any way we could figure out how to prevent the screen burn? i had an iPhone 13 that did really well for over a year but then randomly started overheating and burning stuff into the screen. i'd since replaced the phone by upgrading to the iPhone 14 in hopes of it being over only to find out after getting it the problem still occurred. it's been several months since i'd upgraded and at first it was fine and manageable because it only occurred in certain apps in one spot and would fade rather quickly. now it has moved to where my time and battery is at the top. whenever i'm on my phone for even just a minute it'll burn in quickly. granted it always fades but it's not comforting to know it will happen just by being on my phone for a few seconds or a minute, and it certainly isn't comforting to know one day it would just stay and never fade. please can we fix the screens so they don't do this anymore?
