Hi, I would like to ask because my previous iPhone will show the landline caller location, however I’ve changed to a new iPhone recently, and it does not show the incoming call location anymore. May I know how to resolve this?

The information that is displayed on your screen, during an incoming call, is relayed to your iPhone by your carrier’s system. My recommendation is that you contact your carrier and they should be able to resolve this issue for you.

iPhones actually don't display the exact location of incoming calls, neither the old models nor the new ones. What you might be seeing is the general location based on the area code and prefix of the phone number. This can be misleading, especially with mobile phones since people can keep their number even if they move to a different area.
