Black screen on my Ipad Pro

My iPad Pro's screen goes black, but I can still hear sound when it's locked or charging. Also, the iPad has never been dropped or hit since I started using it.

I've tried all the methods to fix it, but it still won't work.

Please help me fix this problem.

As described, you perhaps have a screen or hardware failure - and your iPad will require repair.

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to provide assistance:

You can arrange repair of your iPad either by (a) visiting the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - or (b) using Apple's mail-in repair service:

If you don't already have an established iCloud or iTunes backup, it may now be too late. If your files and data are important to you, always ensure that you have a backup - before disaster strikes.

Given your description, there are clearly steps that you have yet to try - perhaps the most appropriate being a factory restore. You should note that this step will completely reset and erase the iPad - and install a fresh copy of the most recent version of iPadOS supported by your iPad:

Otherwise, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. As already outlined, you can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page. Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the Apple Support App:

If you have already tried everything, then you leave no scope for anything else.

Perhaps if you describe precisely what you have already attempted, contributors here will be better able to offer appropriate guidance or advice.

I've tried force restarting, updating using iTunes, and tapping the power button multiple times, but it still won't work. After updating via iTunes, my iPad disconnects, and nothing happens. When I try to reconnect it, I need to update it again, and I've tried this repeatedly.

At least I want to back up my files to my PC before I try the restore option on iTunes.
