How do I stop alerts on Apple Watch?

I started getting a vibrate and message on my watch telling me its "awake" time and then now I get "rock a bye baby" chimes and my watch telling me its bed time. I did not set this nor do I want these alerts. How do I stop them?

When my apple watch is in sleep mode and I get up to go to the bathroom and then go back to bed to try to drift back to sleep in the precious little time I have remaining, my watch will vibrate and ask me if I want to turn off sleep mode. Unwanted Alerts From Apple Watch At Night I wear my Apple Watch at night for sleep tracking. I generally have to get up at night for a potty break and, if it is after Midnight, than each hour for the rest of the night my Watch alerts me to stand up so I can get my Stand credit for the hour. I guess because the Watch realizes it is a new day and I have not hit my Stand quota of hours. Needless to say, each time the Watch alerts me to "Stand," it disrupts my sleep and wakes me up! So, I end up with a poor night's sleep. I tried silencing the Watch but the vibration alert is not silenced and, if silenced, I do not get an audible wake up alarm in the morning. Can anything be done to stop these unwanted alerts, short of not getting up when nature calls?

turn off "unlocking watch with iphone..." alert at the top of my iphone 15 max pro this alert pops up a hundred times a day, cant figure out how to turn it off

On the watch, go to Settings>Sleep and turn everything off.
