What camera app normally comes with Monterey?

I have Mac Monterey, upgraded from Catalina. What camera app normally comes with Monterey? Yesterday, I brought up an app called Image Capture. There is a WebCam on this notebook; but that app did not detect it. I added one called Cam.On. There is a flier I have in advance of a job fair which has a code on it for registration. It did not scan. This procedure worked on my Windows 10 previously; but not this time. Getting back to the Mac, I thing something is missing from this OS. Thank in advance if anyone has a clue to what's missing on this laptop.

Facetime, QuickTime & PhotoBooth are apps that come with your Mac that can use the built-in camera. Third party apps like Skype, Zoom & other video conferencing apps can also use the built-in camera. Ditto various browser-based video conferencing services.

AFAIK there is no native QR scan capability on Macs. It requires a 3rd party QR app; there are numerous ones in the App Store that you can download & install. (However the built-in Camera app on iPhones & iPads can scan QR codes.)

Image Capture is for importing images & video from digital cameras, phones & scanners. It doesn't use the built-in webcam.

The camera app is Photo Booth. See: Photo Booth User Guide for Mac - Apple Support

As far as I know, it will not scan a QR code but there may be apps in the App Store that will. Open the Mac App Store and search "scan QR code." I have not personally used any of them.

Thank you, gentlemen. These camera apps are supposed to scan when focused on the code. FaceTime and Photo Booth did not work. I did not have to install Photo Booth. My Launchpad shows it. I just downloaded and installed QR Capture, which did not work. Thanks, anyway; but I will have to go to the website directly.
