Hidden Album not displaying in Photo Utilities
Running IPAD 0S17.4. Verified that Hidden Album is turned on in settings. Photo utilities does not display Hidden Album. Only imports, duplicates and recently deleted is displayed.

Have you previously hidden pictures? The Hidden album only appears when there are hidden pictures to show. If you haven't hidden any, yet, you could try using some screenshot or something you don't care about, and hide it. See if the Hidden album shows up.
