If you have an iPhone 6S as your profile suggests, this model cannot use an iOS version later than 15.8.2. This model was released by Apple 8½ years ago.

There is a huge difference between “the latest iOS version” (that your iPhone accepts) and “the current iOS version (that the website requires).

The current iOS version is 17.4. Undoubtedly your version is nowhere close to that.

It’s time to purchase a newer iPhone.
