The last update for iPhone 8+ IOS 16.7.12

i needs to next version like 17 or18 because I can’t use the chrome app

Google has decided your iPhone is too old. Your options are to convince Google to add support for older iOS versions, or to replace this iPhone with an iPhone 11 or iPhone SE 2nd gen or newer, or to use a differ web browser.

An iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, or iPhone X isn't capable of 17 or above; they require an A12 or better CPU. Try downloading Chrome to a newer unit on the same Apple Account first.
