I have an account with an Apple ID, I don't have an Apple device, I only use an Android TV set-top box. I want to add a user to my Apple TV+ account. Can this be done without incurring costs? Let's assume I want to add person A who has an Apple ID but does not have an Apple TV+ subscription. Can I add this person at no cost?

Select subscriptions from Apple (e.g. Apple TV+) can be shared through Apple Family Sharing to multiple Apple ID accounts. One person in the group (the ‘organizer’) needs their own Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac) to invite the others. This sharing is not available when none of the potential group have Apple devices as listed.
Family Sharing itself is a service without fees.
