Vertical Transparent White Line Coming Down IPhone Screen

One day randomly my a white transparent line showed up on my iPhone screen, along with the line my iPhone doesn't allow me to tap certain letters on my keyboard and it also has what is known as the “ghost touch”. I’m so unsure what this is or what might have cause it since as you can see the screen isn’t cracked or anything it’s perfectly fine except for the line and glitching constantly. Does anyone know what the problem is?
