Payment method declined while upgrading iCloud storage plan

trying to upgrade storage but payment keeps being declined, message says card not recognised in UK (ITS A VISA CARD)??? or just declined. I have updated card on iPad

why is is so difficult?

Payment method I cannot update my credit/debit card since it said it is expired, even though still is valid. However I updated my card to not have problems. I've being trying many many times during the last 2 weeks to update through the Mac, the iphone but it is not updated. I tried to change it for another card, but nothing happened. Tomorrow it's the deadline to keep the 50 GB storage in the iCloud.. So I don't know what to. The payment method system is just not working. I could not find an Apple support directly to ask what may be happening. Are there any Apple people in this community, that may help me? Ximena

What if every time I put my card in it denies it everytime I put in a visa card in it will say your payment method was declined. Update it or add a new payment method and it does that for all cards not just one
