SIM card problem on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hi, I have a strange problem with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Ever since I got it, I often get the "No SIM card installed" notification even though the SIM card is in the phone. I have tried cleaning the SIM card with alcohol repeatedly, as well as restarting the device, but the problem persists. I was previously using an iPhone SE (2020) and never encountered a similar problem.

Could be an issue w/ your phone OR the nanoSIM itself.

If your carrier offers it, you might use this “opportunity” to convert to eSIM.

Otherwise, would suggest contacting your carrier who might issue a replacement nanoSIM

Perhaps you should have the sim card replaced by your carrier?
