How to turn off Downtime Contact?

Hello

In my iCloud Contacts, there is a lock-icon under the name of my girlfriend. It says she's a Downtime Contact and therefore I cannot edit her contact info:

I never set her as a Downtime Contact. Also, in Settings → Screen Time → Communication Limits → During Downtime, there's no contacts selected:

So how do I remove her as a Downtime Contact?
