After accidentally deleting “ Remove this Device” in Account Settings does anyone know how to add it back on the iPhone 15 pro max?

Here are the processes for how to "Remove this device" and add it back to Media & Purchases.
Remove...(Probably you did this)
Here are the steps on what you took to remove a device from Media & Purchases on your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap on your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap on Media & Purchases.
- Tap on View Account.
- You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Scroll down and tap on Remove This Device.

The action of removal will affect ---> "This device may be used with Automatic Downloads and can also download previously purchased apps and content."
Add the device...
Sign Out from Media & Purchase and Sign back in that's it. See the pic below which is self-explanatory
