My blue tooth won’t turn on

I was trying to activate my Air Tag. It said turn blue tooth on. I went into setting and put blue tooth on. I followed the instructions even named the air tag on and put a emoji. I thought I did everything correctly and then I couldn’t find the app so then I went back into the phone and it looks like I can’t turn Bluetooth on. I don’t know what’s going on.

iPhone 11, iOS 17

If you were able to add this AirTag to your iPhone, then Bluetooth should not have been an issue. However, anything is possible so I suggest that you try the following:

  • Tap on Settings > Bluetooth > Bluetooth << Try enabling Bluetooth by moving the slider to the right.
  • Reset your iPhone's network settings: Tap on Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings << You may need to re-enter some of your network settings, like those for Wi-Fi.

See if those help.
