Dymo lablewriter 450 disappeared from Dock

My Dymo has disappeared from my Mac Dock. It is installed and I followed all the instructions to put on dock. However when I open it, it just goes to the queue and does not open the Dymo so I can print a label. What am i doing wrong?

Can't resize the Preview print pop up I have been having trouble printing some of my documents after I updated my MacBook Air M1 to Ventura. I cannot seem to resize the Preview printing pop up screen and the PRINT button is hidden behind the Dock. Does anyone have this same issue? I have tried looking to resize this but I can't. The only cumbersome workaround is to shift the Dock to the right hand side of the screen under Settings.

Printing from Preview app causes the Print Options box to shift down below the bottom of the screen When I print from the Preview app on my MacBook Pro running MacOS Ventura, the print options window drops in a way that the lower part of the print options windows shifts below the display. You can then barely see the print button. I then have to move my dock to the side or set it to vanishing mode to access the print button. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Probably not following the instructions correctly to put it on the Dock.
