Vertical red line and red dots in subject line when I make a change in Pages, in Ventura 13.6.3.

This just started recently but it's very annoying. The entire line goes red but when I close teh line (hit enter) it asks me to accept or reject the change. Once I respond tyhe change is there and the red goes away.

Issue With Pressing Caps Lock During Save When I use Pages' saving feature where you press the title of the window I get strange interactions pressing the caps lock key. I have a video to sample one of these reactions. Within the name prompt is where I cannot activate caps lock.
