Call issue.

iPhone 14 Pro Max. Calls from unknown callers go straight to voicemail. Phone does not ring. I’ve missed many important calls.

Do you have Silence Unknown Callers turned on? Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support

why unknown calls go direct to voicemail without ring I am missing very important calls coming from undisclosed numbers which go direct to voicemail with no reason. Other calls come through without issue. Then I have to go back, redial and then it goes through! Totally ridiculous, but perhaps related to the first issue.

Call not ringing; going to voice mail I have an important call that does not ring but rather goes directly to voicemail. Silence unknown callers is off. I added the number to my contact list. I have tried everything recommended but nothing works.

Calls So for the last 2 months 95% of my calls go straight to voicemail - phone goes not ring . It’s known callers and unknown callers. I’ve checked in the settings. I’ve changed SIM cards , network providers. Rebooted phone . Checked for updates but it keeps happening and it’s costing me business now .

No, and I’ve done every other suggestion from Apple Support and AT&T including updating to the current IOS.
