You will need to Contact Apple directly using the link on the bottom of the page. The Apple Support app will not be able to fix the problem, but can be used to contact Apple.
Still the massage say ( the account has been disabled) even I download the apple support
when i open the apps show me the text ( app store and itunes disabled)
