How can I remove the "iPhone Locked to Owner" removed . I forgot what my previous icloud email is and forgot my password. Please Help!!!!!

I am trying to get back into my previously owned iPhone 7 plus. When is went ahead and did the update and restore process I tried to set up all over again, but it was asking me to sign in with the previously used apple ID and password. I do not remember either of them, due to it being years since last being logged in on the device. Is there a way to remove this iPhone locked to owner.

You can either find your Apple ID and reset the password or prove that you own the iPhone by providing the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller and request to unlock.
