Do NOT call the number. This is a total scam to try to get information from you.
What have you tried, so far yourself, to regain access to this computer? What exactly do you mean that it is locked?

I did not call the number. I turned my computer off. On restart it opened fine and there was no visible evidence of the scam message. Just wondering if that is enough. The next day a guest sign in appeared when I opened my computer and no one had signed in to my computer but myself.
