Can't download apps or update apps
I can not download or update any of my apps because it is saying billing issue. How do I fix this?

i had this happen to me a few days ago . go to your appstore , click on your profile , and go to purchase history it should say a problem with your billing or sum . you just need to get a new payment method or add money onto your current one !
