Hi, I recently bought a new MacBook Pro M3 Pro Chip and the screen has got a weird scratch out of nowhere. Keeping the laptop clean has been my utmost priority but still this happened. I read apple product screens do not get scratched then why has this happened? I have tried to clean it using a micro fibre cloth dry and damp, but the scratch still persists. Can someone please help?

Your Mac is under warranty for 12 months. Longer if you purchased AppleCare+. Schedule an appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Certified Service Center and let them tell you what they can do for you.
If your recently is under 14 days and you purchased it directly from Apple, you can return it. Otherwise, check the return policy from whom you purchased it.
I read apple product screens do not get scratched then why has this happened?
Because what you read is wrong. Of course it is possible to scratch its screen.
