I am trying to do screen recording, but it’s saying I have to turn off air restrictions and screen mirroring and I’m not quite sure how to do that

NOTE: Some apps do not allow screen recording and may display that notice. Is there a particular app that you are using while you attempt to screen record it?

Are you using AirPlay to display your iPhone’s screen on a TV or a Mac or another display? If YES, then that is the issue. You cannot Screen Record while you have you use AirPlay or Screen Mirror.

It says (not available when air play restrictions, or screen mirroring is active) but I’m not sure what those are or how to turn it off HELP!!!!
