My iphone 15 pro max is frozen on 'Home' would like to send critical alerts.

I know you may have already tried the following but try again as per the instructions.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

Try again by increasing the speed to use to press and release the buttons in sequence.

If things still do not work, then visit an Apple Store or an Authorized Service Center who can resolve the issue for you.
