I have two old cards showing under "Manage Payments" that i cant use. The "edit" button is greyed out and i cant change them. My Apple Pay card details are correct and have always been up to date. How do i change "Manage Payments" to be correct and allow me to pay my subscriptions please?

If you can’t edit the existing payment method, you’ll need to add a new payment method? Are you in an Apple Family Sharing Plan? The Family Organizer may need to update the payment method on their end.
My iPhone has created the warning that appears as "update payment details" under Settings.
I follow the invite to update payment and one old card appears and a second beneath with the correct 16 digit number followed by "(Apple Pay), subscription only (Verify)". The "edit" button is greyed out at the top right and, when i try to follow the second card, it quotes a device number and I'm asked to "verify your account information" in red but gives me no route to do so.
Thanks for helping Jeff, I have the opportunity to enter the CVV number for the obsolete card from years ago, but i've no idea what that was. i can't enter anything for the card that i do have.
I now have a message in red saying "if you can't verify any payment method, contact family organiser". At which point my wife says "what an earth do you want me to do!"
What device, OS and app is telling you manage payment, iPhone, iPad or Mac?
Just re-enter the 3 digit CVV security code and expiration date using a 4 digit year in the following format, MM/YYYY.
