Jumping to a new screen on its own

Being on a recipe site within Google. I will scroll down through pages. Without my touching the screen will suddenly jump back to the first page. Happens on both my iPhones 8 plus and 13 pro

Homepages randomly disappear and reappear This bug has been going on for a while. AFAIK, it is not related to the Focus settings (which are all turned off). The 5 dots and home pages 2-5 disappear and reappear randomly. When the dots disappear all I have are the primary home page, the widget page and the App Library. iPhone 11; 16.5.1
