I am new to this and have not posted before
I deleted items from my deleted items from my inbox (I am using outlook e mail with a BT email address)on Apple iPhone and then deleted them from the trash box.
Found now that I deleted some important e mails incorrectly - can I retrieve them in some way?

Unfortunately, retrieving emails permanently deleted from the Trash on your iPhone 13 with a BT Outlook account isn't possible.
Once deleted from Trash, emails are usually purged from the server-side as well.
However, Check BT's Email Recovery Policy: BT might offer some recovery options for deleted emails. Contact BT customer support and inquire about their policies for recovering permanently deleted emails.
