how to view web sites on safari that use too much memory and keep reloading

viewing decor websites that have a lot of videos that pop up and ads embedded in the site. It causes Safari to reload constantly with a message that the website is using too much memory and it reloads again and again.

Can this be adjusted somewhere in settings?
