DeDuper.vbs prompts me to delete each file even though I tell it not to

running deduper.vbs in itunes for windows, when it gets to pass 6 itunes prompts me to confirm deletion of each file.

Is there a setting I need to change in either iTunes or the deduper script to prevent this?

That looks like an iTunes dialog rather than one created by my script. Try manually deleting a track and see if iTunes offers you a yes/no/don't ask me again prompt. Failing that you can create a smart playlist that shows your unchecked tracks, which would normally be those identified as duplicates if you ran DeDuper on the whole library, then batch delete them which should only give you one prompt to worry about.
