I purchased $50 gift card which was from my understanding a scam from my friend for her online friend she met. However there was 2 others purchases $100 and $200 I did not do. My credit card company said to contact you to request a refund or report to federal trade commission

First: We here are fellow users, not official Apple representatives.
ANY credit card issuer will ALWAYS tell you to contact the merchant first.
So although nothing will likely come of it - as posted in initial reply - do so as described here:

Apple does not refund gift cards. If you were scammed you need to contact law enforcement and work with your credit card provider, it sounds like they’re pawning it off to apple, which will accomplish nothing.
