Live streaming with iPhone

We are preparing a presentation where we demonstrate the use of a GPS to an audience. The GPS does not seem to allow us to mirror our activities on the GPS to a larger screen that the audience is watching.

What is the simplest or "best" way to live stream to a live audience what we're demonstrating on the GPS so it shows in live time on the large screen above us?

There is only one way known to me to achieve a live stream of your iPhone's GPS demonstration on a larger screen wirelessly that is Using AirPlay:

This is the simplest method if you have an Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible smart TV.

Requirements:
- iPhone and receiving device (Apple TV or compatible Smart TV) on the same Wi-Fi network.
- The receiving device needs to support AirPlay. See this list please --> See all AirPlay 2–enabled smart TVs
Steps:

1. Connect both your iPhone and the receiving device to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Open the app you'll be using for your GPS demonstration.
3. Locate the AirPlay icon within the app (it might be under a "cast" or "share" button).
4. Tap the AirPlay icon and choose your receiving device from the list.
5. Your iPhone's screen will now be mirrored on the larger screen, including your GPS demonstration.
