Pop up messages saying “Some one has logged into my PC from Russia”

I started getting these messages intermittently on my Mac Mini recently. The dialogue box disappears and reappears.

Has someone hacked my Mini? I have disconnected the WiFi for now.

Is this real and what should I do and not do?
