Hey. When shooting a video or starting a video camera (without starting a video) I switch between modes 0.5x 1x 2x and 3x. When changing from 1x or 2x to 3x zoom, you can often see a strong jerk in the change. Is this normal? But it is not always there, but often enough

It is normal. It’s caused by camera placement. From what I understand, you must use either 14 Pro or 15 Pro. Change 1x to 2x won’t result in any jerk since 1x and 2x come from the same camera. But if you use 3x from 1x or 2x or even 0.5x, you will immediately see the jerk since it’s on different camera altogether. Do you mind to tell me what’s your current phone?
