I ordered for a MacBook Pro 16", I want to edit/change the Keyboard Version from International English to US English.. The Order Status is "Preparing to Ship", How do I change this ?

The Order Status is "Preparing to Ship"
That could mean it is too late to change.
On any email you receive from Apple re the order, there is a "Questions" section at the bottom that deals with changing the order. Use the links there.
Will I be able to change it if its under "Order Processing" and in the Links there is no option to edit
just curious, why do you want to change? Apple doesn’t sell international English in the US, so I presume you’re located some where else?
