How can I extend across two monitors or have separate dual monitors for my MacBook?
2022 MacBook Air M2. Using two Samsung S27H850QFN monitors. Want to set up dual monitors or at least have both extending one display.
Laptop is connected to monitor 1 via USB-C. Monitor 2 is connected to the first monitor with DP in and DP out correctly. Monitor 1 and monitor 2 are both set to USB Type-C: MST.
In display settings I get my main screen as the laptop then a single additional display. I can select "main display" for one and "extend display" for another, however the extend is simply mirrored across both displays. Whatever is on monitor 1 is mirrored on monitor 2. What am I missing here? How can I extend across both monitors or have separate dual monitors?
