The official one does not allow to download anymore. On my the other Windows there are a lot of drivers can be found. But I cannot find one for my Mac. Can someone please share one that is compatible for macOS Ventura please?

According to FujiFilm, the DocuPrint P205b has reached end of service and Xerox has no macOS driver support for it. It is not supported by Apple's built-in AirPrint service either due to its age.
Resist the click bait temptation of non-Xerox, non-Fuji sites that offer drivers for this device as you cannot be certain that they are not simply malware in disguise.
Time for a new printer. One that is supported when networked by Apple's built-in AirPrint — so you are no longer third-party device vendor dependent on drivers.
