The answer to the original question (emphasis mine)

It is not possible for me to upgrade MacOS Monterey having the necessary requirements for its installation on my IMac 27” (since 2013) version 10.15.7

is that you do not have the necessary requirements for the installation of Monterey. (Or Ventura or Sonoma.). I don't see how you expect rkaufmann87 to fix that.

How far you can upgrade a Mac's operating system depends on the Mac's hardware model year. You have said that your Mac is a 27" iMac and that you have had it since 2013. Going by what you've told us about your iMac,

  • MacTracker shows that the maximum OS for an iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) is macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina).
  • MacTracker shows that the maximum OS for an iMac (27-inch, Late 2012) is macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina). You might have a Late 2012 model if you bought your Mac between January 2013 and September 2013. For the purposes of compatibility, it's the hardware model year, not the date on the sales invoice, that counts.
  • Identify your iMac - Apple Support says that the newest compatible OS for these Macs is macOS Catalina.
  • macOS Monterey is compatible with these computers - Apple Support does not list these Macs.

10.5.7 is as high as you can go.

Possible workarounds for not being able to upgrade...

Mostly you just need a more modern Browser than Safari on Catalina, Mojave, or High Sierra like Firefox or Brave.

Details about recent download Brave, for 10.13.6/10.14.6 are here:
