Apple Health will not sync medical records after 2022

Iphone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17.4.

Apple Health will not sync/ update medical records. The “lastest” records it continuously shows as new are from June 2022. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Log-in/out of the my Health Provider (via my Apple Health). My medical records were current on my 13 Pro Max. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone has any suggestions/solutions.

FYI: my medical provider currently participates with Apple Health as it’s listed on the choices and allows me to log in.
